Lily on the Etsy Veg Blog!

I'm excited to share that Lily is featured as the pet of the week on the Etsy Veg Blog!! A few weeks ago I completed the interview and sent it in. I'm so happy to see it get posted! I'm sure Lily will be very pleased to hear about it too :)

PS moving day is this weekend! I can't believe it snuck up so quickly! Let's see how Lily reacts. It should be interesting to say the least.

Etsy Teams!!!

I joined two Etsy teams yesterday!! I am so excited!

The first team is EtsyVeg. I have been following this blog for a few months now, and I am so honored to now be a part of the team! Growing up in a pretty rural area, it could be tough to find like minded people, but having a group like this really helps me renew my beliefs and reassures me I'm not the only one out there!

The second team is The Dachshund Team. Of course my dachshund, Lily, is a huge part of my life (she makes sure of it!) so it only seemed natural to join this team as well.

Today is World Vegetarian Day and the start of Vegetarian Awareness Month!

I took this picture a few years ago at the Maryland State Fair. The pigs were so sweet and loved to be touched. They would wag their tails when someone pet them. I want a pet pig so so bad :)
