This Saturday is Bazzart at the American Visionary Art Museum!! I'm so super excited. Mainly for some of my favorite Etsy sellers and also for Brunie's Bakery!!Clearly vegan baked goods get me every time.

If you live near Baltimore I highly recommend stopping by!

I'm deeply saddened

After reading this news story, it makes me nauseous. To think about people treating animals like they are disposable and cannot feel pain and emotions makes me lose that much more faith in humanity. I am very thankful that there are like minded people out there that can agree that dog fighting, and all animal abuse, is atrocious. What kind of person gets joy out of torturing animals? It's disgusting.

If you are interested in making a donation to the organization that is caring for the pit bulls in this particular dog fighting ring, you can do so on their website. BARCS has unfortunately been in the news a lot recently since there have been numerous animal cruelty cases discovered in Baltimore. I am thankful there are kind people to work and volunteer for shelters like BARCS, so that many more animals can be cared for.

If you know of animal cruelty happening, please report it. That is what saved some of these dogs, although some couldn't be saved and thousands more are out there that need to be saved.

Yep, this is her at her graduation WITH her teacher holding her, as she tries to eat her graduation cap.

I tried to get her to wear her devil Halloween costume. She was not amused.And with the raincoat, she just sat there like I was torturing her. Miraculously, I managed to get this picture before she ripped the Snuggie completely off.She likes being naked, what can I say? :)

New Favorite Etsy Shop

Recently I came across this amazing new Etsy shop called lechouchou. I am in love with all of her pieces. Everything reminds me of Wonderland. Her pictures are so amazing too.

I am in awe of her blog, and I can't read a word on it! The pictures are enough to captivate me!

Shop Update!

I just got done listing a few new cards in my shop! Of course it's another batch of Lily cards :)

The Etsy Teams are all being reformatted so it's renewing my motivation to start being more diligent about the shop. Hopefully the momentum keeps going!

The dachshund team has a new blog! It's a good way for the sellers to show what they're working on and to show off their doxies too!

Lily got to spend some quality time with her boyfriend, Goober, over the weekend. We were at the Howard County Fairgrounds for a huge craft show. We made a lot of money for the Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue! Yay! Of course Lily and Goober aka the odd couple, always seem to draw a crowd (as if a 150 pound dog alone isn't enough).

The last one with her paw on his arm is my favorite :) He is such a good sport to put up with her!
